Eating Out & Food Allergies – Share Your Opinion

We were recently contacted by DOTS (detection on the spot), a start-up developing a consumer product to help people with food allergies.  After learning a little about them, we were impressed to find out that the company was co-founded by a mom whose young daughter has a severe nut allergy and a Harvard immunologist. As they work to improve the lives of kiddos with food allergies, they asked us to share this survey with our community of caring moms, dads, caretakers and educators. The survey is brief (it should only take about 10 minutes) and your responses will help DOTS as they develop a product to help you! Plus, when you take the survey you’ll be entered to win one of three $50 Amazon gift cards…not a bad deal!
Please tell us how you feel about your experience eating out with your child’s food allergies.  https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/MY8NTM2
