Gourmet Chocolates WITHOUT the Allergens?! Introducing Amore di Mona!
Here at AllerMates, we’ll find any excuse to eat chocolate, so stumbling upon a heavenly, gourmet, allergy-friendly chocolate brand was a dream come true for us! Amore di Mona creates allergen-free, low glycemic, vegan chocolates that are not just a good choice for kids with food allergies, but for all kids with a sweet tooth. We tried the 3-piece box of these gourmet chocolates free from gluten, soy, dairy, tree nuts and peanuts, and let’s just say, three pieces was not enough! Each piece tantalized our taste buds as the creamy chocolate melted in our mouths. I tried to make this box last so I can savor the chocolate as long as I could, but it was nearly impossible to avoid something so sweet and delightful. I knew that if I was having such a positive reaction to it, kids with food allergies would rejoice over this allergy-friendly food!
Amore di Mona started on a mission to create their own chocolate for use in their packaged desserts, however they realized they had created something truly special when customers started asking to buy the chocolate separately. At their requests, the gourmet, European chocolates we know and love today were created, and thankfully so! Now that I know these allergy-friendly chocolates exist, I no longer have to worry about how to celebrate Valentine’s Day with my son, who has a tree nut allergy.
